Away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, this retreat in the Carpatian mountains of Romania is offering you the opportunity to bring a new level of aliveness and awareness. It will  allow you to align with your potential and your purpose.

In daily life, we spend a lot of time with mental activities and outward directed focus. Before we know it, we get alienated from our inner world, the signals and wisdom of our body and heart and we live a second best life that is not fully reflecting our best possible self.

During this yoga and Solution Focus retreat, you will reconnect to the wisdom of your body, the vastness of your possibilities and the ease of your personal flow. You will make room and way for your essential self, a way to see a world that is working for you instead of against you.

What we will do  

Yoga, Solution Focused conversations and coaching, mindfulness exercises, meditation, conscious movement, guided breathing sessions, constellation work, journaling.

Optional: private coaching, massage, heart coherence and breathing sessions, personal constellation work

We will host the retreat in the beautiful Akasha yoga centre in Pestera.

• 1200 euro for a single room, VAT included (5 rooms available)
