For 10 years I have been working in organizations to develop employees, always aiming at correlating business results with staff training. During all this time, I had the honor of working with real professionals and I understood that a training with impact is the one that will bring operational results. Until the HR employee understands exactly the business profile of the company for which he offers his services, strategic goals, values and organizational culture, he will not be able to provide tailor-made development products that bring the desired business results.

Also, experience has shown me that a development product will not succeed if it is not built on the basis of employee’s benefits and entertainment, to involve them and to be part of the learning process.

This job is not about the person who is on the "scene," but about all the other people involved.
