Andreea Nica has over 8 years of experience in Strategy Consulting and 2 years in strategy and operations in the industry. She has earned her experience in operational excellence, organizational efficiency and procurement by participating and coordinating various projects on procurement strategy, sourcing excellence and efficiency improvement, performance enhancement / supply chain optimization, market research & analysis and project management in several industries like energy and oil&gas, financial services, pharma & chemicals, engineered products and automotive.

Andreea is also part of The Body of Experts and Licensed Accountants of Romania and has a degree from both the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest and the University of Bucharest. 

She is currently manager in the management consulting practice of Deloitte Romania.
