He has also facilitated strategic sessions for a number of companies in various industries.

Gordon’s vision encompassed exporting training simulations across the world and was realized in 1999 when he established Business Today International (BTI). Business Today exports its simulation technology across the world, and licenses its technology to 31 International Business Partners (IBP’s) within 42 countries globally.

Gordon has also been responsible for the development of more than 160 board-based business simulations for multinational clients within complex industries such as
